Josh has been immersed in the residential real estate industry since the turn of the millennium. He began his career as a residential home inspector, conducting thorough evaluations on more than 300 homes. He then spent three years as a California-licensed real estate appraiser, completing over 500 residential appraisals and developing a sharp eye for value, condition, and market trends. In 2005, Josh made a pivotal transition into residential lending. That same year, he earned his real estate salesperson license and later advanced to the broker level in 2011. Together, these disciplines give him a comprehensive understanding of the buying, selling, and financing process.

Josh’s dedication to his profession resulted in building a strong track record of delivering consistent, reliable successes. He takes great pride in helping families achieve their real estate goals. His honesty, integrity, and all-around real estate knowledge gives his clients comfort in knowing they are working with a seasoned veteran.

Josh’s world revolves around his wife, Serena, and their two children, Scarlett and Weston. Whether in business or life, they are the “why” behind everything he does. A true enthusiast of the outdoors, he spends his downtime fishing, boating, camping, and golfing. When he isn’t grilling or enjoying the fresh mountain air, he’s likely playing guitar or shooting a game of pool. Big Bear has been home since 2016 and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
